Visiting Garth requires a keep it simple approach to ensure you enjoy your visit and respect your fellow Garth-goers.

We would encourage you to observe the following in keeping with the space we have provided and which will ensure that you receive optimum results when visiting Garth.

When should I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior so you are relaxed and also to ensure we can start and finish your treatments on time.

What if I am late?
If we can accommodate your full treatment time, then we certainly will. However if you are unable to advise us and arrive late, then it is possible that we will have to cut your treatment time short to ensure the next client’s booking time is met.

All bookings are charged out according to our menu of fees.

What should I wear to Garth for my treatments?
You will be provided with a robe for privacy and most treatments are best received with a minimum of clothing. Most guests leave on their underwear for privacy and discretion, and our therapists may appreciate this.

Many individuals choose to wear swimmers for treatments which may include the French Vichy shower as these are water-based therapies. Alternatively you may choose to wear your underwear, and bring a spare pair to change into afterwards as you leave.

Am I allowed to have my mobile phone on in reception while I am waiting?
We do not allow active mobiles at Garth as you cannot truly switch off if you are receiving calls which invade your private time at the studio. Additionally it is not conducive to other guests and their treatment time.

So leave the phone at home and indulge without the mobile.

Are there any other matters I need to observe when visiting Garth?
Garth is an exclusive domain created for the grooming and pampering needs of the modern person. Each client is important to us and we are committed to providing you with the very best therapies and treatments available.

We have carefully designed the space to be quiet and reflective but also with a nod to the modern clientele which we cater for. Hence Garth is a quiet domain where you can relax in our comfortable leather chairs and then escape for an hour or more to re-balance and enjoying a personal experience.

Consequently your only requirement is to leave your worries at the door, relax, and enjoy.

Do you have a Cancellation Policy?
Yes we would appreciate 24 hours notice prior to a cancellation and if this is not observed, particularly during busy times, we may have to charge you a 50% cancellation fee. This can be alleviated by planning your visit to Garth just as you would lock your time in to go to your doctor or dentist.

We do understand real emergencies and would ask that you be as considerable as possible when needing to cancel, or rebook, by advising us in advance.
